The Sunalta Planning and Development Committee Needs Your Help!

 
Did you know that YOU have a voice in the look and feel of community development?

With the many development activities in our community of Sunalta, such as new major projects on 10th Ave, apartment buildings on 14th Street, infill houses, and sidewalk improvements, the Sunalta Planning and Development Committee (SPDC) is always looking for volunteers to help serve the community by helping on these important projects.

Requirements:

  • No experience needed, this is an amazing learning opportunity and we're happy to guide you in the world of planning and development

  • willingness to learn and keep an open mind!

  • Team-Oriented

  • Must hold a current SCA membership (purchase online HERE, we do have affordable options available if cost is prohibitive).

  • Must have read the Sunalta Terms of Reference and Sunalta Area Redevelopment Plan. These are guiding documents for development in our community.
